The Talimena Scenic Byway follows the spine of the Ouachita Mountains of Oklahoma and Arkansas. The route was among the first designated Scenic Byways in the United States. The highway presents spectacular vistas and access to diverse outdoor recreation opportunities.

This project included nine interpretive waysides and twenty-four interpretive panels. Sea Reach was responsible for theme development, topic selection, research, writing, graphic design, manufacturing, and fabrication of exhibit frames.
