The Intertwine is a concept, a place, or places, a trail or route, and a partnership all rolled into one. This multiplicity of meaning or application allows for almost anything to become part of The Intertwine provided that the basic "esprit" is consistent with the purpose of connecting people with places, particularly outdoor places, in and around the greater Portland and Vancouver area. The Intertwine is a network into which a wide variety of organizations and businesses can participate.
Sea Reach Ltd was contracted to develop a sign manual for The Intertwine. The primary goal was to
provide partners with a series of options (large or small, intriguing or understated) to identify their
sites as part of the larger network.
